ABOUT
We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), based in Wisconsin, but servicing the entire country. Founded in 2013 as TLL, we grew and rebranded to TLL Solutions in 2019 to align with our expanding capabilities.
We have extensive experience in lighting, electrical, HVAC and generator solution sets through specification, design, distribution, installation, project management and rebate administration. We have installation experience across a wide spectrum of project types and sizes, from a simple LED retrofit to an electrical line drop to complete electrical gear replacement to full generator replacements. In addition, we have the ability to package any and all of these services, on-demand, for our customers.
We use a combination of self-performing and sub-contracted labor through our pool of over 3500 labor partners across the country so we can scale with your project size across the nation!
ABOUT US POST PANDEMIC
The pandemic created seismic shifts in all facets of life. For businesses, two of the biggest challenges created come from The Great Resignation and severe supply chain disruption. Tasks such as basic communication, project management, sourcing and tracking of materials have become significantly more time consuming and unreliable. Also The Great Resignation created a significant "Brain Drain" across all vendors and companies that support contractors as many of the most experienced and knowledgeable people in the industry either retired or moved on to different opportunities. Our customers have repeatedly shared their struggles to get even simple projects completed on time and in some cases get any sort of communication on when materials will be available or when a project will be completed. The fallout from the pandemic is a massive void in industry knowledge, experience, capabilities and materials.
In response to these challenges TLL Solutions aggressively targeted and hired experienced professionals in the electrical and lighting trades. We added over 100 years of electrical trade experience to our leadership and management team since the pandemic and we continue to grow. By adding these industry pros to our team we are able to help bridge the void created by the pandemic and deliver projects in a manner that more closely resemble pre-pandemic project execution. For one of our national customers, we were the ONLY electrical contractor to get any projects finished for their program in 2022 and subsequently we are being asked to turnkey more projects for them in the future as a result.
None of our leadership or project management staff are simple "spreadsheet pushers". All members of our team are highly experienced in the field and we lead FROM the field. We leverage our knowledge to drive our vendors and partners and mitigate issues. Because we lead from the field we are able to deliver unparalleled levels of communication both in terms of accuracy and speed of information delivered to our customers.
Nothing is the same since COVID but TLL Solutions continues to lean into the challenges with an attitude and people that drive results for our customers.
“TLL solutions has shown limitless flexibility and has been an amazing partner during this time of great uncertainty in the electrical parts & service market. Our stores are our number one asset in getting product to guests and complete our mission statement. We can always count on TLL to answer when we call and when we need assistance with an electrical outage or part failure at a store. Anywhere in the country, any month of the year, and any time of day, TLL is able to respond in real time. They are able to diagnose the problem, devise a solution, source pats and secure labor to rectify any issue. We consider ourselves lucky to have them as a strategic electrical contractor.”
